Employer Branding

Habitual's long working relationship with Jobbio has produced a range of unique employers-branding videos. These videos showcase the lives and careers of employees working for the likes of TransferWise, Shazam, Houzz and Smarkets. We work with Jobbio to continually evolve their employer branding offering by coming up with different concepts to tell a brand’s story. These unique and engaging concepts include the ‘Life At' series, which focuses on company culture, ‘Department Focus’ videos which highlights unique ecosystems within the company. ‘Teaser’ videos using snippets to populate social channels. ‘Onboarding’ videos welcoming new recruits and setting them up for success.


As part of the process, our team of videographers and producers embed themselves within the selected organisation for a day. We encourage our subjects to tell their own stories and offer a unique look behind the curtain of some of Europe’s growing tech brands. Our agile crews are assembled to cause minimal disruption on the day whilst capturing all the necessary content to make a great employer branding video. Whilst we do follow specific briefs, we aim to capture the most organic interactions in an organisation, giving potential employees a genuine insight into everyday life at the organisation.
